📄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens—and while we hope you’ll be able to join us for this sacred time, we want to be clear about the terms in case your plans change.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD is required to secure your spot. You may choose to pay more up front if desired.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 🕒 Before January 10, 2026: You’ll receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable $1,000 deposit.
• 📆 January 10–31, 2026: You’ll receive a 50% refund of all payments made (less the deposit).
• ❌ February 1, 2026 or after: No refunds will be issued, as all vendor arrangements and retreat expenses will be finalized by that time.

💡 Please note: Refunds are calculated based on the amount you've paid up to the cancellation date, not the full retreat cost.

Transfers
If you’re unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another woman who meets the retreat criteria (pending approval). Please notify us as soon as possible to coordinate this.

Travel & Medical Insurance
We require all attendees to purchase travel insurance and medical coverage that includes international travel. This helps protect you in case of flight delays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
